Terms of contract
- The prices are meant per day and person (10% vat included), excluding the tourist tax which comes into effect from January 1st, 2024 and is foreseen to be 3,00 Euro per person and day, for our lodging. Children and kids under 14 years of age are free of this charge.
- The tourist tax is cashed by all accommodation facilities in South-Tyrol, starting from January 1st, 2024. The entries of this tax are used for construction and improvement of facilities and services, as well for organization of tourist events.
- Check in/out: The apartments and the related services are at your disposal on arrival day from 2 pm till 9 am on departure day. However your arrival is foreseen after 7pm, we ask you please to let us know in advance.
- The reservation of the room is binding by a deposit of Euro 300.00 per apartment, payable by bank transfer on our bank account of the Cassa Raiffeisen Val Badia, Agency Pedraces, account name "SEVE Ltd.", IBAN: IT 43R 08010 58180 000302016524, Swift/BIC: RZSBIT 21208, or by bank cheque or postal payment order. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded in order to cover administrative costs in accordance with the articles 1385 and 1386 of the Civil Code.
- Payment of the sojourn: we do not accept credit cards or cash cards.
- Pets: We do not accept animals. We ask for comprehension.
- Short Stay: For stays of 4 days or less a short-stay supplement of 10% on the normal price will be added.
Cancellations
- 3 weeks before arrival - 30% of booked value
- 1 week before arrival - 70% of booked value
- In the last week prior to departure - 90% of booked value
- In case one or more guests do not arrive, 100% of the rate for the room for the agreed period will be billed.
- In case of later arrival or earlier departure than planned, the unused days will be billed at 100%. (No cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Code exist. However, we grant the abovementioned cancellation conditions; Notice according to Part III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code [GvD 206/2005])
