Holidays in Alta Badia

Alta Badia is located in the south-east part of South-Tyrol, at 65 km far from the border to Austria. In 2008 the well-known mountain location has been awarded by the Italian Touring Club as best touristic destination of the Alps.
The ski area "Alta Badia" disposes of 130 km of slopes and 53 cable cars and is part of the world famous ski region "Dolomiti Superski" with 1,220 km of slopes and 450 cable cars.
The Alta Badia with its Nature Parks "Fanes-Sennes-Braies" and "Puez-Odle" is proud of its two out of nine mountain groups of the Dolomites inserted into the register of the World Heritage.

The sunny days are confirmed by the meteorological service of South-Tyrol which registers almost 100 days of sunshine in Alta Badia, from December to March.
